Refund policy

Return Eligibility: - Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. - Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and free of defects. This includes all packaging, tags, and accessories that were included. - Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 1. Contact our Customer Service at customerservice@locked.com or request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 2. Package the item securely, including all original packaging. 3. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. 4. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
Refund Processing: - Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account. 
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your Locked Eyewear for a different model or color, please return the original item following the return process outlined above and place a new order. 
Shipping Costs: - The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error in your order. In this case, we will cover the cost of return shipping. 6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will facilitate a prompt replacement or refund.
